Mike,I owned a 3000 several years ago that had a Simms pump that was a bear to bleed when changing filter or if my employee happened to run it out of fuel. Open bleed screw on side of pump,then loosen inj lines at injectors. Crank over till fuel/no air comes out. Tighten lines.
